If you own a Transformer Infinity and play FIFA, you probably noticed by now that the bright minds at EA Sports somehow failed to add this fine tablet to the list of compatible devices for the Football Club companion app. So far this wasn’t a big issue, because the web app was much easier to use anyway, but due to the idiots using autobuyers EA had to take down the web app during the current TOTS market crash. Suddenly, using the Football Club app on the TF700T became important.
You can find the apk on various apk sites, but if you have a brain and are not afraid to use it, you probably noticed the different sizes for the same version. Which could mean that some idiot kids out there are trying to steal some people’s players/coins. So, what to do if you want to use EA’s Football Club app on your Transformer Infinity and don’t want to get robbed by some little punk living with his cousin Bubba in his aunt’s basement?
The answer is very simple: you install the Football Club app on a compatible Android device (most android smatphones with ICS and above work just fine). Then you go on Google Play and locate the Apk Extractor app. You install it, open it, go to the list of the apps that it can extract, choose Football Club and bam, the apk was created in the ApkExtractor folder found on your sd card. From there, you can email it or simply sent it to your Transformer Infinity via bluetooth.
Then you go on your Infinity and install the apk, which works just fine. The whole thing takes about 3 minutes.
Of course, if you don’t have another Android device compatible with the Football Club app, you’ll have to ask a friend to extract the apk and mail it to you.

P.P.S. The problem seems to be quite old but apparently the EA geniuses couldn’t care less.
